shows must keep accurate records of placing's and entries for each
class for up to one year.

shows must offer at least once WSH Quarter Horse Hunter Under Saddle,
WSH Quarter Horse Western Pleasure, WSH Quarter Horse Halter

The
buckle that is supplied by WSQHA must be given to the highest scoring
Quarter Horse in those classes combined

Approved
show and/or sponsoring club must advertising WSQHA as the sponsor of
the Quarter Horse High Point in print on their show bill, on their
website and at their show.

Approved
shows must have available the year end award program information being
offered by WSQHA to participating Quarter Horse exhibitors

Approved
show must confirm horses competing for the high point award are
registered Quarter Horses. Only horses registered with AQHA are
eligible for this buckle or any year end awards.

Approved
show must have available the WSQHA—OSC enrollment form & information
available for exhibitor requesting it.

Show Secretaries must
forward any funds received for the WSQHA—OSC enrollment form to
Program Chairperson.
